The 90210 spin-off has been the buzz of the net since word came out the CW was in negotiations. People have been going crazy wondering if they will bring back old characters, and if so who. Well, we now have confirmed that Jennie Garth will reclaim her role as Kelly Taylor on the spin-off. Kelly will be a guidance counselor at Beverly Hills High, but her role is not a regular, only a reoccurring role. Still it brings some authenticity to the new show, as well as some old fans. I cannot wait to catch the pilot!

Justin is now going to try his hand as an excutive producer on MTV’s upcoming show “The Phone”! The game show is a high energy competition that promises to bring viewers a show packed with heart racing action like the “Bourne Identity”. Just bringing the Sexy Back singer to the small screen would be heart racing enough. No such luck though ladies! Timberlake will be hiding behind the scenes as contestants race around major cities carrying out challenges to win mounds of cold cash. The show is set to air this fall on MTV.

The Scrubs season finale aired last night and left everyone pretty disappointed, especially considering it was supposed to be a series finale. My Princess, left viewers feeling like the continuity of the season was lacking and left us feeling confused. The story line was a medieval-times takeoff inspired equally by Monty Python and “The Princess Bride.” The only problem being, is that it was only funny at times and the characters rehash irrelevant stuff that happened in the end of season 6, such as how JD and Elliot almost kissing.

We know Scrubs is almost immediately being picked up by CBS, but for having seven seasons on NBC the network didn’t really give the show justice in its farewell. Lets hope they are saving the good stuff for CBS, Scrubs season 8.

Announced a few weeks ago Edie Falco’s, best known for her work as Carmela Soprano to any red blooded American with a remote, upcoming Showtime drama was an empty shell consisting of the starlet herself and no title. Now it appears the comically bleak medical series is moving full steam ahead with it’s addition of five new cast mates to play alongside a stubborn Nurse in a New York hospital, played by Falco.

Actor Peter Facinelli, who has been seen in Riding in Cars with Boys and The Scorpion King, has signed on and will play Dr. Cooper, a well liked but high strung doctor. Also up for a doctor position is Eve Best from “Vital Signs”.

Actor Paul Schulze, a “Soprano’s” star who played Father Phil Intintola, will play a pharmacy tech and Falco’s boyfriend named Eddie. Set to play nurses, producers of the show have added Merritt Wever and Haaz Sleiman. The show is scheduled to hit the air this coming year.

Ryan Seacrest is rumored to be in “serious negotiations” to take over for Larry King in 2009. Seacrest has filled in for Larry King in the past and King told the New York Times that Ryan would be his first choice. He said,

“He’s the classic generalist. The only thing I don’t know, and I’ve gotten to know him pretty well, is how versed he is in politics, world affairs. Does he read the paper? Is he interested in Iraq? Because if he is, he’s going to be very good.”

This would mean that Ryan’s role as host of American Idol may change, but that is just what he wants. Ryan takes his career very seriously and wants to evolve. It seems taking over for Larry king is the next natural step.

A new reality series is in the works from producers Cris Abrego and Mark Cronin. The pair have dreamed up the ultimate reality challenge, adding to VH1’s menu of drama! The new show, titled “I Love Money”, will draw alumni from the network’s other reality series “I Love New York”, “Flavor Of Love”, and “Rock of Love”. Out of the three shows 17 contestants from any season will be picked for the new competition. Combining all that personality into one show the reality celebs will then duke it out for a cash prize of $250,000. Annoucements for the series picks will take place this week on VH1’s blog. The show is set to air on July 13th.

Elisabeth Hasselbeck shows off her hot post-pregnancy body on the cover of Fitness magazine. The television talk show host opens up about her body image and how she deals. She reveals that she worked Extremly hard for this cover photoshoot.

“Body image has nothing to do with scale numbers, it’s how you feel inside,” Hasselbeck, who turns 31 this month, told Fitness magazine. “This is the first time I’ve felt free from that, because I am working out in a way where I feel so strong that there’s no room for those doubts. I finally told myself … ‘I’ve got some curves, I’ve got a bubble butt, but I don’t mind, because it’s what powers me forward when I run.”

I appalud her hard work, but she has no curves! She is built like a model!

After a wild year making headlines for his divorce and extra marital affair wrestler Hulk Hogan will be returning to the small screen in a new reality show! The “Hogan Knows Best” star, who has handed the reigns over to his daughter turning the former family show into a spin-off titled “Brook Hogan Knows Best”, and CMT are working on a reality show Hulk Hogan’s Celebrity Championship Wrestling”. The wrestling competition will involve ten celebrities who have not yet been named. The stars will be divided into two groups and under go training, from former professional wrestlers, in preparation for ring time! This should be pretty funny! CMT has ordered 8 episodes so far with an air date scheduled for the Fall of 2008.

Alysha Harris was photographed this weekend grinding on the dance floor with wide receiver Randy Moss, stirring up the pot for The Miss USA Pageant. This can’t be good news for Donald Trump, who bought the pageant in 1996. Despite his efforts to revive the television show and beauty contest, they contestants just cant seem to maintain their classy demeanor for the length of holding their title.

Alysha Harris is a 20-year-old brunette beauty who is currently the title holder for Miss Kentucky. Although her measurements are unknown, we know she stands at 5’4”. She attends the University of Kentucky where she studies Speech Therapy and Communication Disorders.

Alysha Harris is currently under scrutiny for some racy photos that have come out. The pictures show Miss Kentucky grinding on wide receiver Randy Moss, while at a club. Although the photos are tame compared to the ones we have seen of other celebrities and public figures, it still is not an image that Miss USA will likely approve of.

Alysha isn’t the first Miss Kentucky to give the pageant problems. Tara Conner, Miss Kentucky 2006, tested positive for cocaine and almost lost her crown.

The pageant has yet to respond to these photos, but I’m sure something will be said.

Mike Fleiss, executive producer of “The Bachelor” and “High School Reunion”, will be working on the still untitled project. The reality show follows a cougar finding love among a group of younger men! The show will follow an assortment of romantic challenges with an elimination process at the end of each week. The show, which closely resembles “Rock Of Love”, will debut sometime in 2009!

A terrific actor, Tom Amandes, is best known to any Everwood fan as Dr. Harold Abbott. Amandes, who formerly portrayed a snooty perfectionist who was hell bent with determination on one upping Dr. Andy Brown as the town’s “family doctor” of Everwood, has landed himself a lead role in the upcoming medical drama, “This Might Hurt”. The former “Untouchables” star who has graced both the small screen and big will play a physician in the series sharing a practice with is on screen son played by Josh Dean. Missi Plye and Alex Meneses have also landed roles on the show. The show is set to air on ABC and begins production this fall.

These days, troubled stars seem to be reclaiming their fame after highly publicized personal issues by appearing on a prime time TV show! Upping a network’s rating and really ticking off the cast is the only way to go. Starlets like Britney and temper-tantrum supermodel Naomi, who will also appear on “Ugly Betty’, have all used this tactic to earn themselves an inkling of public respect in a 30 minute guest appearance. And now the latest…Lindsay Lohan! After months of hardcore partying, setting her money on fire and a stint in rehab making crafts Lohan has held it together and is reportedly in talks to make several appearances on “Ugly Betty”. With nothing confirmed yet the young star is said to be looking at work on 8-10 episodes of the series portraying a fast food worker that becomes friends with Betty. Lohan is rumored to be appearing in the May 22nd third season finale with the remainder of her guest appearances taking place in season four! “Ugly Betty” is on Thursday at 8pm on ABC.

Even after all the recent rumors and Heidi and Spencer stirring the pot it looks like Lauren Conrad and the ladies from “The Hills” still managed to pull off a great cover! The foursome reportedly spent the day working hard without a word between enemies Heidi and Lauren. An unknown source did however say that Conrad thought she was being “punk’d”!

A hard shoot it must have been for Conrad after Heidi and Spencer’s efforts to fuel the fires again by declaring that there was in fact a sex tape of Conrad. Recently Spencer was seen on the “Tyra Banks Show” claiming that the tape did “exist-1000%”! Whatever the case may be I’m sure we’ll all have to wait for the “E” True Hollywood story.

Although it has yet to be officially announced it looks like the CW Network is dropping another show from their lineup. This time it’s “Beauty And The Geek’s” turn to be quietly ushered to the door! The CW, who is notorious for dumping their shows at the last minute and leaving their viewers with little closure nevermind a heads up, is said to be bumping “Beauty And The Geek” after a five season run. The show, created and produced by Ashton Kutcher and Jason Goldberg, has seen better days since it’s premiere in 2005 on the WB Network. The reality series, which followed brainy but socially challenged geeks along with the less than clever beauties, started out with a bang but has slowly fallen with viewership numbers declining at a steady rate. The season finale is scheduled to air on May 13th at 8pm.
