Survivor Tocantins Host

Tonight was the CBS 2009 finale of Survivor Tocantins. It was a final show down between JT, aka James Thomas Jr., and Stephen Fishbach. The two were allies from day two so it was not that huge of a shocker that they were the ones to fight it out for the jury’s votes in the end. JT prevailed, with his good guy persona, taking in a large portion of the votes, and winning CBS’s 18th season of Survivor.

James Thomas Jr Biography

James “JT” Thomas Jr. is a 24-year-old cattle manager from Samson, Alabama. He was one of the cast members of CBS’s Survivor Tocantins and the winner of the million-dollar prize. He also won the Sprint player of the season, winning an extra $100,000!

Back in Alabama, “JT” Thomas Jr. operates a registered Angus Cattle Ranch. He is a southern charmer, but gets fired up when people insult his intelligence and says “I’m not a dumb hillbilly, so don’t think it!” JT is the first person to graduate from college in his family, so there is no denying he is a smart cookie. He attended Troy University and earned a Bachelors Degree in business administration.

True to his southern roots, JT is a family man who values his relationships and proved that by taking his ally, Stephen, to the end. For all you single ladies out there, JT is single and ready to mingle!

Oh, and just for kicks - it turns out Coach took a polygraph test and he was kidnapped by natives along the Amazon!
