Michael Jackson, over the course of his career racked up a number of lawsuits (most were settled out of the courtroom), now RadarOnline.com has acquired the paperwork from his biggest settlement known to date.
$15,332,250 is the reported total amount that was paid out to set up a trust for Jordan Chandler, who is now 29. In the twenty-page agreement it was made clear that both parties must keep the proceedings confidential, and not to accuse each other of misconduct. Not long after the settlement was paid out the sexual molestation charges were dropped.
Evan Chandler, Beverly Hills dentist and screenwriter, filed a lawsuit against Jackson, Lisa Marie Presley, ABC TV, Diane Sawyer and Sony Music two years later, claiming fraud conspiracy, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and breach of contract for slander. The court ruled in favor of Jackson in both the first hearing and the appeal by Evan’s in 2000, according to wikipedia.
There is a rumor circulating around the internet that Jordan Chandler released a statement saying that he lied and that Michael Jackson never sexually abused him as far as we can tell the statement is a hoax, you be the judge (Click Link). Also, click here to see the paperwork from the settlement.

NO, Heck no. I wil never believe it. Money money money, dollar signs, dollar signs. If you think he is a child molester why do you continue to allow your child go to his home, over and over and over again. Why. MONEY. Vultures, leaches. None of these folk were upper class, wealthy people, so anyway to get a couple of bucks, “hey let’s trey it.”

ok, Michael actually lived with Jordan and his mother. He took Jordan everywhere, EVERYWHERE… They held hands, they hugged and kissed in public. Jordan didn’t want to charge Micheal because he LOVED him, They were in love with each other. Micheal bought Jordan and his mother lots of clothing and groceries and bling. Micheal at the time even called Jordan his boyfriend. Evan Chandler wanted to make money off it. He made Jordan say he was sexually molested. Although yes they have had sex but it was willing between Micheal and Jordan.
Jordan told the police that masturbated together, acts of hugging and kissing. Jordan also told police descriptions of Micheal Jacksons penis, which turned out very accurate.
either way Micheal is a creep, Micheal and Jordan were a couple in love. That is wrong…
I feel sorry for Micheal’s passing but I do believe Micheal got off too easy. He was a sick man, he should have been locked behind bars.

One more thing, There is no evidence stating that Jordan admitted he lied about Micheal Jackson… If there is there was nothing on TV and there was no real report coming from Jordan Chandler. People are in grieving stages about Micheals death and will believe or want to believe in anything that someone makes up, like the article you made here. Jordan never admitted anything either than he loved Micheal and that they played with eachothers body parts…

I think I may know who posted the fake ‘confession’ by Jordan Chandler. It’s a 25 year old guy in Portugal. I know his MySpace address but I’m not going to post it here. It’s amazing that it’s spread so far over the Internet.
What about Terry George? I don’t think that MJ was as bad as he was painted to be, but I don’t think he was entirely innocent either. He was confused and never emotionally grew up, he didn’t seem to have proper personal boundaries, though that doesn’t excuse things.
I’ll remember him for his work, I hope he has more peace now than he ever did in this life. I don’t know if we’ll ever totally understand him - sad story all round.

What I have read from another site is an assessment by someone who says they have read the court docs and apparently a statement by Jordan saying Michael didnt teach him to masturbate but his grandmother became inadmissible in court.
Will try to find the link and post here. But honestly if someone molested my kid… no amount of money would be worth his time behind bars!

Well, I just knew all the time MJ was innocent, and that this boy and father were going after money. It is so bad that people get away with stuff like this, and even though - children of today are not that innocent anymore, everyday you hear of children having sexual relationships with each other from as young as 10 years. Children are well aware of sex and everything around it, they see it on TV on the Internet everywhere, children are actually more sexually informed than most adults. This people saw a opportunity to win a lottery, and they destroid MJ with it. May God bless MJ’s family and may MJ moon walk forever in our hearts.

roater, you got a key fact wrong, “Jordan also told police descriptions of Micheal Jacksons penis, which turned out very accurate.” Michael went to the police and willingly did the strip search? Why would a guilty person do that? The police concluded after the investigation that Jordan’s testimony about MJ’s penis was inconclusive. I’m not sure if he’s guilty or innocent, but he was never convicted in a court of law. He was also shown to be not guilty in the Gavin Arvizo case. In both cases, there was also a lot of doubt, because the parents openly seemed to be after the money instead of caring that their own kid was molested.

Well I am a huge fan of Michael Jackson and have never thought he has done anything,for loadsa reasons two being he wouldnt of put his rep on line to do that and the second cuz he aint got the perso of a pedo. U probs now thinking I just being biased cuz I a fan, but let me tell you this I was sexually abused for 3yrs bya realtive, and he is now in prison, noway would a person that has been abused ask for money no matter how bigger cheque is being made. U would want to see that person behind bars, or am i the only person who beleives this??? u would want them behind bars so they couldnt harm anyone else right??? Not say “well u abused my son but if u give us $20mill then we wont take u to court”!!!
