Jessica Simpson decided to have a Barbie themed 29th birthday party that some say led to her and Romo’s split. Read more and see photos and video here.
Simpson tweeted information about the party to friends and followers, which was set to be themed after Barbie and Ken. One of Jessica Simpson’s friends got the following invite:
“Can’t wait to see your costume on the 10th! birthday evite coming soon 
you are always the best dressed!!!”
Some joked that her interest in having a Barbie party could’ve contributed to her and Tony Romo’s break-up. Others suggest that it was because Jessica Simpson wanted a ring from him, but he wasn’t quite ready.
The latter seems more likely, with the timing only being a coincidence—the Dallas Cowboy’s quarterback split with Jessica Simpson the night before her birthday party.
But the Barbie party may have played a larger role than we think. A source close to Romo confirmed that she WAS pressuring him to pick a wedding date, but that he had something more intimate in mind for her 29th birthday.
With summer training for the football season on hand, Tony Romo ultimately chose to break up with Jessica.

Jessica Simpson is one very pretty woman! Why she plays that Dumb Blonde Roles, apparently works for her most times. Fact is, men just get tired of it! YES, they love her looks, but when someone 29 yrs old wants to play and look like a 100 year old FICTIONAL DOLL, is more than enough!
Jessica, please give up that Role as Dumb Blonge and PROVE to us that Blondes are not only Pretty, but darn SMART and SENSIBLE, too!
You don’t need to play dumb to attract men, your beauty ALONE, takes care of that, or is it that men PREFER women acting dumb? I don’t know, you tell us!
In fact, they NEED TO RETIRE Barbie, and make the JESSICA Doll! Hell Jessica, you should be MORE than PROUD just to be YOURSELF! Barbie can’t hold a candle to you, because “YOU ARE FOR REAL with REAL NATURAL BEAUTY!
