Back on Memorial Day weekend of this year, former Miss New Jersey Jamie Czerniawski was arrested for stabbing her husband with a kitchen knife. Czerniawski, who once appeared on the reality show “Wife Swap,” claimed that it was an act of self-defense. She says her husband grabbed her by the wrists and said: “If I can’t have you, no one can.”
So what started the argument that would land one of them behind bars, and the other in ICU?
Czerniawski says she received a call from a friend that sent her husband into a jealous rage. But according to a complaint filed by her husband in divorce court, the man was far more than a mere friend. The complaint cited messages starting about two weeks before the incident between Jamie Czerniawski and a New York City Firefighter. The man, 25-year-old Michael Biserta, was in an NYFD calendar, and reportedly appeared in a soft-core porno movie prior to becoming a fireman.
Here are a few of the texts:
Czerniawski:”I want to let you know just how [expletive] bad I wanna [expletive] you right now!!!! Can you get out??”
Biserta:”I want to see you more . . . we gotta make some time.”
And on the day of the stabbing, Bistera:“This sucks . . . I’m working toooo much lately . . . I want youuuu.”
This really is a wild story. The courts will have to sort this one out. The husband denies ever attacking her, but she maintains that she feared for her life before stabbing him. He said, she said.

I guess none of you saw the eposide of Wife Swap. The husband was one of those that expected her to look perfect all the time and that she should always make him look good by being on his arm and take care of house and home because that was a woman’s place. I don’t know what happened and neither do any of you that posted comments but it sounds like to me that there is some bitterness in the responses.

I believe the wife was obviously slutting around but they probably were in a very heated argument and I believe he probably was very angry with her and I believe she probably did stab him out of fear or self-defense. It makes sense.
