I suppose the folks in Australia expect a little more bang for their buck and Britney Spears has left them with a little less money and a whole lot of disappointment.
Now everyone knows that Britney can actually sing. Okay, wait… Britney carries a tune in such a manner that it appeals to the masses, is that more like it?
Apparently in Perth Australia about 200 fans walked out of her Circus concert after the third song. People being interviewed after the fiasco stated that they understood that Britney had to “mime” at times due to the strenuous dance routines and acrobatics.
I agree, it would be difficult to sing and dance to some of those routines. However the fans were not impressed with her dancing at all, going as far as to say that her “moves were sloppy and stiff, as well as out of time.”
In Britney’s defense it was suggested throughout the media and in publicity before she started her Australian tour last week that she might lip sync on stage.
One person interviewed stated: ‘…that while the staging was spectacular, the dancers and acrobats incredible, in the midst of it all there was Britney ‘prancing and dancing awkwardly on the stage, moving her lips with nothing coming out.’
Yikes Britney! Time to step up your game, girl! We know you can do it.
