Jenny Craig’s new spokesperson Sara Rue is a beautiful talented actress who is putting her weight loss out there for the world to see. The gorgeous Sara Rue is going to prove to us all that the Jenny Craig weight loss program works. I happen to have some before pictures of Sara so read on to find them.
Sara Rue will take over Jenny Craig celebrity spokesperson duties from Valerie Bertinelli, who successfully lost 40 lbs in nine months with the Jenny Craig program. Sara has some big shoes, no pun intended at all, to fill that is for sure. I wonder if Sara will appear on Oprah in a bikini like Valerie Bertinelli did. Hey I say do it, Valerie looked hot and I am sure Sara will look hot too.
What is in store for Sara, whose name for all you yahoos out there is Sara Rue, not Sarah Rue, no H needed here. Well Sara Rue has a goal, lose 30 lbs via Jenny Craig of course, word is she has already lost 7 lbs and it hasn’t even been a week. If that is true then sign me up!
Before her Jenny Craig Spokesperson gig Sara Rue was starring on the ABC show Eastwick, which was god awful and got canceled. Too bad though because Sara was awesome on the show. Sara has been around Hollywood for awhile. Although she is known by many for her role as Claude Casey on Less Than Perfect, I will always remember her as Carmen Ferrara on the WB show Popular. God I love it is so bad its good television. Along with her new spokesperson gig, Sara completed two films, Not Since You and For Christ’s Sake, no release date on either film yet.
In my book Sara Rue is the perfect choice for Jenny Craig. She is beautiful already, she is hysterical, she is talented, she is an actress and most of all she struggles just like all women do with her weight. I can’t wait to watch her weight loss journey. Heck she may just inspire me to lose weight, especially since I have a feeling Sara Rue will be smoking hot when this is all done. Good Luck Sara!

I have been a Sara Rue fan for years. I just love her. She’s awesome. I personally think that Sara looks gorgeous just the way she is. So this Jenny Craig news really has me torn. On one hand, I’m happy that Sara is happy. But on the other hand, I think Sara already looks great just the way she is and doesn’t need to go on a diet.

I agree with James (1st comment). Sara is a beautiful woman. Everyone else in Hollywood is just too skinny. I like women who have soft edges. I’ve never cared for sticks–very unattractive. I’d say if she wants to do the Jenny Craig thing, then more power to her! But, please Sara, don’t drop too many pounds.
I first saw Sara on Less Than Perfect; she’s so cute. When the show was still on TV, my ex-husband and I would bustle around the house to get ready to watch. “Hot Redhead” was our pet name for the show. “Hurry up and get in here, Hot Redhead’s coming on!!”
