Is Tiger Woods a sex addict? If you watch Jamie Jungers’ Today Show video and judging by the number of alleged “mistresses” crawling out of the woodwork, that is a good question. One of the latest women to surface is Jamie Jungers and she portrays herself as a victim of love.
Jamie, 26, claims that she “got nothing out of this relationship but a broken heart.” Jamie says that she met Woods at a Las Vegas club in 2005 when the golfer “had a VIP host call me over to his table and requested to meet me,” which quickly led to them “hanging out, drinking.”
Jamie also said in the interview, “It kind of became clear to me that Tiger was interested, the more we drank, the more — I guess — flirtatious we got. I’ve had a crush on him for a while. I was excited and honored he wanted to meet me.”
Tiger Woods had been married a mere nine months when he hooked up with Jamie Jungers. For the next 18 months they dated and by dated I mean met for sex. In an interesting twist, not only was Tiger stepping out on his wife Elin, Jamie herself was cheating on her fiancé, businessman Derek Schmidt.
Derek, 28, a golf fan who used to idolize Woods, said: “I was a massive Tiger fan. I had Tiger Woods memorabilia all over my house and even collected Tiger Woods videos.” He went on to say, “On the night Jamie met him for the first time, I had just bought the new Tiger Woods computer game. The following morning she told me she had met Tiger Woods and he gave her his number – and like an idiot I got really excited about it. I even asked her if she could call him so I could get my computer game signed.” Awkward!
As for rumors that she used to be a prostitute, Jungers responded: “I’ve never been an escort and never will be an escort.”
