Julianne Hough has announced that she is saying goodbye to the show that has launched her into fame. Hough confirmed she is not coming back for the spring 2010 season of Dancing With The Stars. Which leaves us with the question, is she ever coming back to the shwo?

Hough has been vague about whether or not she will return to the show that made her a household name, which I guess it smart on her part, never say never right. Hough was last seen on the show in the spring, when she was paired with then boyfriend Chuck Wicks. Julianne has been with the ABC hit show since Season 4, which she won with partner Apollo Anton Ohno. It was her pairing with Anton Ohno, a professional speed skate, that really got viewers attention. She instantly became a fan favorite.

Okay. So someone pulled the wool over many eyes. Word was out that PEOPLE magazine had named Rob Pattinson as sexiest man alive this year. They had a fake cover up and the whole works. Turns out that Johnny Depp is PEOPLE’S sexiest man alive.

An arrest warrant was issued for David Allen Tyner 28, of Locust Grove Oklahoma on six murder complaints, because authorities say two of the victims — 22-year old Brooke Phillips and Milagrous Barrerra — both were pregnant.

While David Allen Tyner has not been formally charged with any crime, he is under suspicion for the murders. Tyner surrendered to the Mayes County Sheriff’s Office. Tyner is expected to be returned to Oklahoma County later Tuesday. It is not yet known if Tyner has hired an attorney.

A 7-month-old baby was nearly killed in a Laundromat washing machine last week, but a heroic rescue prevented the tragedy. Read about the baby’s washing machine accident here.

It only takes a half-second for something like this to happen. That’s all it took for 7-month-old Valle Hernandez to climb into the machine in D’Iberville, Mississippi while his mother Irazu was looking the other way. Before she knew it, Valle’s 4-year-old brother shut the washer door behind him.

Idaho boy kills bear because it won’t get off the porch! This story kills me, an 11-year-old boy in Driggs, Idaho couldn’t shoo away a bear, so he shot it. Get the details here.

There had already been numerous complaints to the Idaho Department of Fish and Game about a pesky black bear that had been in the neighborhood. Now it seems that bear chose the wrong porch to loiter on.

Mushy Fartone’s a.ka. Mischa Barton, god awful show The Beautiful Life is getting a reprieve, sort of. Although The CW network officially canceled the show after like two episodes, they are going to air the already shot episodes. Why CW Why?

The Beautiful Life might be the worst show on television and yes it has a lot to do with Mushy Fartone. She really is so bad in the show, not that the rest of the untalented cast is any better. The cast stinks, the script sucks and no one watched it. Why the powers that be at The CW would use the remaining episodes as filler time, is beyond me. Seriously why not run episodes of Melrose Place in the hopes of saving it from an early demise.
