Andrew Thomas Gallo is reportedly responsible for the hit and run that killed Nick Adenhart. Read Nick Adenhart’s Biography, plus see pictures and video here.
Andrew Gallo was the driver of the minivan that crashed into Nick Adenhart’s car, killing Adenhart and two others. The crash took place April 9, 2009 in California, after Gallo ran a stop light while driving allegedly under the influence of alcohol.
Gallo will be booked on “felony hit and run, felony DUI, vehicular manslaughter and possibly murder,” according to authorities.
Gallo was reportedly drinking and driving with a suspended license due to a prior DUI, when he fled the scene. He was quickly arrested after the tragic incident.
It looks as if Andrew Gallo followed in Dante’ Stallworth’s footsteps, as both men while driving under the influence, have killed an innocent victim.
It was about a month ago when, Dante Stallworth, hit and killed Mario Reyes in Miami while drinking and driving. The main difference between the two cases is that Gallo fled the scene, and had a suspended license. Stallworth on the other hand was very cooperative with the law enforcement.
In no way am I implying that the two should receive the same punishment, as the crimes are similar, but with extremely different variables. Although I do believe, that sport stars should be punished to the same degree as any average Joe.
