If you are scratching your head, I am too! Apparently a Batman reboot is planned after the most recent movie comes out. There is also talk of another Justice League film for 2013! What is going on with comics these days??

The new Warner Bros. President Jeff Robinov recently let us know his plans for taking the company into the future by focusing on the comic heroes. However, not all fans agree with his plan of action.

The last bat hero film directed by Christopher Nolan, ‘The Dark Knight Rises,’ is going to be hitting theaters next year. Once that happens Robinov want to pretty much recreate the character… again.

“We have the third Batman, but then we’ll have to reinvent Batman. Chris Nolan and [producing partner and wife] Emma Thomas will be producing it, so it will be a conversation with them about what the next phase is.”

Keeping Nolan on board is good, but that may be about it. I don’t see why the Batman reboot is one of the film company’s biggest priorities, when they have already done this very successfully. And why so soon after this newest movie? Maybe they are trying to force fit his image into what they hope will work in the Justice League flick.

Which, while we are on the subject, why are they rushing another league film? The first try failed and now they want to add “The Flash” and “Wonder Woman.” And even though there will be a lot of far fetched reasons of how they are all linked, it seems to be too much to do in one movie… and in less than 2 years! I wish them good luck!

Perhaps this Batman reboot is the first concrete step towards working on this Justice League film. Is it a good step or just another mistake? If you could be in charge, what would you do with all of this? Be sure to tell me what you think or explain to me what is going on below!
