After hearing news of the engagement late last year, it has been hard to spot the sparkly piece on her left hand. Well now Chelsea Clinton’s ring is finally seen and photographed! Read more details and see photos and video below.
In the close up view above, you can see that she has a nice diamond! The other day she attended the Broadway musical “Promises, Promises.” She came in on crutches from a broken heel, and had an engagement band on her finger!
I had heard stories about how awesome Chelsea Clinton’s ring was, and though the picture isn’t crystal clear, I think it measures up! Her fiancé Marc Mezvinsky, a banker at Goldman Sachs, popped the question during the past Thanksgiving holiday. They have been friends since they were kids, went to college together and they plan to wed this summer.
They are keeping the affair quiet, as we don’t know where or when exactly it will happen. Details are not being discussed either. Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton told CNN in December:
“It will be a private affair. It will be for [Chelsea's] close friends and that’s the way it should be.”
Though we all kind of want to know all about it, I think it is nice when the wedding is kept quiet so the couple can really enjoy the day.
The bride and groom to be and their families have known each other and are said to be friends. With all their experiences they should be a successful pair. However, with the latest drama at his employer’s company, I wonder how Marc will fare, though I’m sure they’ll be fine.
