Fridays tend to be a little scarce on TV worth tuning in for, and usually the holiday television specials are no different. But today, there are some great shows on to make it a Friday night in with the family!
The big one tonight is “The Polar Express” as part of ABC Family’s “25 Days of Christmas” marathon. A marvel of an animated movie, it features human-simulated animation and stars the great Tom Hanks as pretty much a one-man-show in what has become a modern-day holiday classic. It has always been one of my personal favorites, because it always manages to remind you of the magic Christmas can bring, no matter how old you are!
But “The Polar Express” isn’t the only movie on the holiday TV schedule tonight! Be sure to check out (or set your DVR for!) these other great shows! (all times Eastern):
