Lourdes Benedicto has been cast in the upcoming sci-fi revamp V. The series that aired in the eighties will return to the small screen and focus in on a female homeland security agent named Erica.

As a biography Lourdes Benedicto was born on November 12, 1974 in Brooklyn, New York. A graduate of Carnegie Mellon University in Pennsylvania.
She began acting in the late 90’s and has appeared in television and some films. Her most notable roles was Eva Rios on The Nine and Alicia Lawson on The Cashmere Mafia. Lourdes Benedicto has also appeared in NYPD Blue, Dawson’s Creek, 24 and ER.
