Rockfest 2009 will kick off Saturday, May 30 at The Liberty Memorial in Kansas City, Missouri. There’s a surplus of kick @ss bands scheduled to perform including Korn, Shinedown, Buckcherry, Drowning Pool, and Slipknots/ Stone Sour front man Corey Taylor. Last year tickets went fast, only lasting a few weeks for the country’s biggest single-day festival.
Tickets go on sale to the general public Friday, April 4.
