Sammi Hanratty was spotted cuddling up next to Target’s mascot dog Bullseye at the 2010 P.S. ARTS ‘Express Yourself’ event, which was held in Santa Monica on Sunday, November 7. She looked adorable as she posed for pictures wearing a grey tank top shirt with sparkles, denim jeans, and black boots to match her black polished nails.
