Next month may bring bad news to some of the once loved programs on television. With the network lineups about the be announced, there are many TV shows on the bubble right now. Want to know which ones are safe and which aren’t? I’ve got it all for you!

30 Rock 1

Okay so for now each station has a list of shows that are officially renewed, ones that most likely will but aren’t official yet, those which are on the bubble (in trouble) and ones that are officially canceled. Other than the first and the last categories, the other fates are unknown at this point and could go either way!

Now let me tell you, I looked through the lists and wasn’t as shocked as I thought I would be, but some have me antsy for next month’s announcement! So let me tell you what each station is thinking and tell you what I think about it.

1. NBC – Though there has been a lot of talk about “30 Rock” lately, it is now definitely safe, though others like “The Apprentice” TV show is on the bubble. I have to say I am very happy with this stations decisions so far and look forward to another year of great shows!

30 Rock
Biggest Loser
Who Do You Think You Are?
The Office
Parks and Recreation

In Trouble:
Law & Order: LA
The Apprentice

2. CBS – Even with all of Charlie Sheen’s drama, “Two and a Half Men” will continue but some of the CSI shows may not be as lucky. I have to say I am just glad “Big Bang Theory” and “How I Met Your Mother” will be making me laugh for at least another season.

Big Bang Theory
Two and a Half Men
How I Met Your Mother
The Amazing Race

In Trouble:
Criminal Minds
CSI: Miami
The Defenders

3. ABC – I wasn’t surprised by much here, other than the fact that I still love “Brothers & Sisters” and it may not make it.

Private Practice
Modern Family
Grey’s Anatomy

In Trouble:
Brothers and Sisters
Better With You
No Ordinary Family

4. FOX – Pretty much all of the classics are safe, except as of now the fate of “American Idol” is unknown due to all the changes. Looks like we may all have to start watching “X Factor.” But don’t worry, at least “Glee” is still doing fine!

American Dad
The Cleveland Show
Family Guy
Raising Hope
The Simpsons
Hell’s Kitchen

In Trouble:
Human Target
Lie to Me
Traffic Light
Chicago Code

5. The CW – They haven’t really made anything official yet, though it is rumored “90210” is safe. Other than that we will have to wait a little longer to see. So for now we will say they are all in question… yikes! (Please save “One Tree Hill!!!”)

And there you have it. Now this list is pretty complete, but will keep changing as the days go on. Check out more here. But for now what do you think of those that are safe? And what about the TV shows on the bubble? I want to hear all of what you think in the comment section below!

Ridiculous that these shows are on the bubble. They are among the most entertaining shows available.
I see some of the most inane shows are not in trouble–what does that tell us??

Parenthood is the best show on TV. So well written and acted and so emotionally involving.I look forward to it every week. It’s no wonder NBC does so poorly lately. THey don’t know how to promote and save their best shows. (Friday Night Lights is the same.)But they keep around Biggest Loser???

Please do not cancel V…..there is no other show of it’s kind on the air…season one was good but it really picked up in season two….what an improvement…and I think the show had the most talked about cliffhanger…it seems the writers are really starting to bring V up to where it should be……at lease give it one more season please………you cannot just end the show with the season finale you left us all with………………..we are all getting afraid to watch new shows because so Many REALLY GOOD shows are being cancelled after just one or two seasons……….there were rumors of canceling V before the season finale…..if that is what your plans were, you should have wrapped the show up and not leave us hanging…..I will not watch any new shows coming on this year…….it will only set us up for more disappointments

The 4 shows I love to watch the most CSI New York,CSI Miami,The Defenders and most of all Criminal Minds,I would hate to see these shows go by the wayside, these are the best shows to watch.I don’t why Criminal Minds don’t bring back the 2 actresses, they had. With the way they been doing away with half the team,no wonder they’ve had a drop in watchers

Don’t cancel the V. I love that show. I agree with other comments, why watch new shows if they are going to be cxl. Flash Fwd, Terminato Sarah Connor Cronicals both had great acting and a great story, but cxl.

Really? We’re gonna keep Modern Family & Cougartown to cancel Brothers & Sisters? Seriously? I know it all has to do with ratings but who really watches those shows?

nightowl872 the spin off of criminal minds is dull and lacks anything new as well as csi ny and miami there are waaaaayyy too many “crime & medical dramas” out there lets get rid of them and move into something a little more original, I’m sick and tired of all this inate mundane idiotism that people put on the air these days, I havent watched alot of tv since NBC killed heroes aside from my occasional viewing of family guy (which is also winding down)and my local news, csi was cool when it was just csi, law and order was cool when it was just law and order, same with ncis, recycling story lines, adding new peeps, and Los Angeles or New York to the name is Lame all these exec’s want is advertising dollars they dont care if you like it or not….and the problem these days you are all mindless robots that cant think for themselves, I guess what im trying to say is how about I take a huge steaming dook on one of these execs desk and you can all spend hours watching that, seems to be just as good as anything else that s on out there
