Sure, you may have had enough of her when she appeared on “Newlyweds: Nick and Jessica”, but Miss Jessica Simpson is certainly back for more, with her new show,“The Price of Beauty”!
The singer is starring in yet another reality TV show called “The Price of Beauty.” A new preview clip for the show has emerged, so if you’re interested, continue for more!
Now, what valuable information could Jessica Simpson ever possibly bring to the table? Despite her track record for being, um, lacking intelligence, Jess does actually have a brain under there. Her newest mission is to tackle the pressure that women have of wanting to feel beautiful.
In her new show, Jessica goes around the world to discover the meaning of what beauty is in different cultures and countries. She also treats herself to new experiences such as walking the runway in Paris, France and meditating with monks in Thailand.
Looking a the preview it looks like she was definitely given a hard time while preparing for the runway show. They also take a look at a culture where being on the heavier side is considered beautiful. Jessica and her friends Ken Paves and Cacee Cobb, meet a woman who is sent to a cave to gain more weight before she is considered presentable for her man.
Simpson is said to be swinging by “The Oprah Winfrey Show” to promote the TV show, which airs on VH1. Should be interesting! Some reports were even saying that she would answer some questions about some of the comments made by former flame John Mayer. Just recently in an interview with Playboy magazine, he referred to her as “sexual napalm.” Awkward!
Jessica has been linked to Billy Corgan, of the Smashing Pumpkins, however, Corgan says there’s nothing romantic going between them. Instead, he insists he has just been helping her out with the theme song for the new reality show.
You can catch Jessica on “The Price of Beauty” on March 15th on VH1. Will you tune in to watch it? I think I just might! It’s definitely a more serious and mature side to Jessica (thank goodness!) that we haven’t really seen.
